These errors are related to an internal service that we use in Hubs Cloud. It is not meant to be used locally, so these errors can be ignored.

Tagging @tanfarming for awareness. I believe we upgraded TLS on hubs.mozilla.com (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1766149), but doing so for Hubs Cloud is a separate effort.

I'd suggest we have QA convert this to an actual test plan, if it's not already covered, and we close this issue, since it's not actually an actionable bug or...

Confirmed this bug still exists in the current code.

Labeling this as a bug for visibility, and especially because it may still be worth investigating Smoothwall in particular, to ensure Hubs continues to work under these conditions.

I've probably only added to the confusion but my PR (#30) proposes that boolean values should be "mergeable", so `false` should always override `true`.
