Tried opening in 2020.1 and consistent 'Failed to load Window Layout' Opened in 20194.4.8f1 and get multiple issues in various packages. (Collab / TMP) First error was related to RectMask2D.padding.

Currently throwing errors if application is solely using the new Input System package. Only workaround is to use "both" for PlayerSettings.activeInputHandling which is not ideal.
