For `tempest/view` it's pretty simple because I've also made the landing page for it, so I just copied from there. I reckon other components will need some more thought.

Won't merge this until PHP 8.5.1 is here and we're sure all extensions are working fine, but I wanted to do some prep and test how many things break

Agree, but not for alpha1; but let's add this for alpha2. It's ok to have some breaking changes, no one should build anything real with it yet.
