re-reading the RFC - most other ICMPv6 have to be checked against conntrack and removed where match to tcp/udp is attempted in conntrack....

Could you get bootlogs (dmesg | tee /tmp/bootlog2x.txt) from last working version (22) and the current stable (24.10.4) and attach them here as text files?
Are all ports out or part of them? Can you reach failsafe mode?
Both logs kind of show `errno -22` and radom MAC assigned.
Developer of that switch driver or device support has to look into it. From the messages looks like mac address location in DTS is wrong.

? iw dev iwinfo displays better summary, `iw dev phy1-mesh0 station dump` shows more detail on mesh communication.
