Improve DLL chainloading to work properly with third party addons and mods, i.e. SweetFX, GemFX, Reshade, TVstyle, iRTVO, etc.

While running FSX with SoftTH active, mouse clicks are registered misaligned with the menu system if the primary (1st) monitor of the system is other than the leftmost monitor.

Teamspeak overlay issue/crashing iRacing with SoftTH

SoftTH does not properly render nor record the primary head when recording with OBS. Secondary heads appear to render and record fine.

DCS World seems sluggish with SoftTH running, but fine without it. Needs testing to confirm.
