While running FSX with SoftTH active, mouse clicks are registered misaligned with the menu system if the primary (1st) monitor of the system is other than the leftmost monitor.

From Issue #18: When using Microsoft Flight Simulator X (Steam Edition) with a two-screen setup, I cannot click anything on the second (right) screen. Also when using the mouse to pan the camera around, I can only move the mouse within the borders of the first screen, not of the second screen.
