3.5.2, happens regardless of resolution/aspect ratio or windowed mode set in Display. Presents as this white cross in menu, occluded sprites in game.  
Just looks very shimmery in motion, not sure if anything can be done about this.  All the foreground elements are integer scaled as set and look correct.
