For those if you running into this, #16797 will workaround the issue for now. I'll update this issue when it's released, but will be working on a proper solution otherwise.

It could be argued Mocha _should_ print these to stdout, but that's how it works right now.

I think the cache-disabling flag just prevents it from being loaded from disk. Stuff still goes in an in-memory cache
