Add country specific monument ID in the file description retrieving from Wikidata item.

Add {{object location}} in file description by retrieving the location from Wikidata item.

It has been noticed few times before that photographs without Exif metadata has passed through the final stages without getting noticed as there is no way to recognize them on...

Telugu Wikisource does not use Telugu numerals. They use Arabic numerals.

Allow the script only to authorized bots

The script should be allowed to authorized bots, and not any users to prevent flooding in Recent changes.
