Allow the script only to authorized bots

The script should be allowed to authorized bots, and not any users to prevent flooding in Recent changes.

Please check with community and share their thoughts.

It will make only bot account holders to allow uploads.

The Bengali community has discussed on this matter right in the beginning and decided to create bot accounts to execute this job. That makes sense, because otherwise, recent changes page will be flooded by these edits.

This is not necessary for this script and you can't restrict by script. In common practice in Wikimedia world, every script or Bot program run by a bot account.

Not everyone follows the common practice. In Marathi and Kannada Wikisource, bot account is not used at all and they flood the Recent changes pages.

That's their problem OR practice. If Marathi and Kannada Wikisource community accepting the flood at Recentchanges, why are you bothering?
