It looks like this issue was fixed at 7a4c0f3.
Hi @rbiswas4, astroplan no longer relies on `astropy_helpers`, would you please try installing the latest version and let me know if you have any problems? Thanks!
This is due to an unfortunate update to astropy-helpers which accidentally overwrote some astroplan specific modifications to the testing infrastructure. Working on a fix in #438.
Hey @mwcraig, does this error make sense to you from an astropy perspective? I'm surprised this error occurs at all.
