Move the request to the appropriate project.

Backup is disabled on Element Android and on Element X (see https://github.com/element-hq/element-x-android/blob/main/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml#L16). Is there something I am missing here?

I have rebased the branch and added a commit, let me know if it's OK for you @jmartinesp , then I think we can merge the PR.

Note: I checked a box in https://github.com/element-hq/element-x-android/issues/150 to trigger this.
