I'm getting the same odd world gen. Was anything found on this? I saw another container was pushed to docker hub, however I'm unsure if it would help at all....

I have tested on windows and it works successfully. Completed a fresh install of Atom and remote-atom on windows 8.1 and used putty for the SSH client. No other dependencies...
