The JAR file is under `/user/.m2/repository/uk/ac/ebi/rdt/rdt/2.5.0-SNAPSHOT/rdt-2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar` The program prints it out at the end of installation using `mvn -P local clean install` or `mvn -P local clean install -DskipTests=true`
