I can not find ReactionDecoder.jar

Dear Dr. Syed Asad Rahman

I did set up process the ReactionDecoder just as mentioned in README.md. But I can't find ReactionDecoder.jar file. Could you tell me how do I do to solve it. The setup did not show any error messages. I am a beginner about java. So I need your help.

The JAR file is under /user/.m2/repository/uk/ac/ebi/rdt/rdt/2.5.0-SNAPSHOT/rdt-2.5.0-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar

The program prints it out at the end of installation using mvn -P local clean install or mvn -P local clean install -DskipTests=true
