I don't know what you mean by app.link.
Changing the slider on app.link did not solve the problem. I also tried changing one of the other sliders, to no avail. Only turning off Privacy Badger for this site...
OK, here's the list when the blank page appears: Privacy Badger found 1 potential trackers on secure.onlinegoamplify.com: cdn1.onlineaccess1.com
Here is the list from the other site: Privacy Badger found 1 potential trackers on online.independent-bank.com: cdn1.onlineaccess1.com
That worked for cdn1.onlineaccess1.com. I did not have to move the slider for two other onlineaccess1 domains.
