Testing microsoft/vscode-python#23484 Minimized:  Maximized:  Unable to minimize cell after expansion. Also consider using minimize/maximize icon (shown below) instead of using `...` as the UI affordance. 

Testing #223068 I'm on a windows VM on my mac, and I see this error regardless of where my integrated terminal is rooted:  I DO NOT see this error...
