Does this also happens on latest testflight build?
Perhaps your iOS integration is not configured in Home Assistant?
- Can you see between your integrations list? - Is the app misbehaving for you? - Is the 404 happening constantly?
Mac app doesn't support WebRTC, so it will behave differently from Safari, that's on Apple unfortunately. Now how it was working for you before I don't know... perhaps it was...

Does this happens often? Do you live in a house or apartment?
Check if you don't have multiple devices associated with your "Person" in home assistant
Any chance there is some old home assistant server configured in app settings? I would try removing all servers, rebooting the phone and adding back the server you use.
Do you know from which device the IP is from?
