Looks like a timing issue, the scheduler thread stop-start logic can use some improving. Probably doing a clean for a small area elsewhere gets it out of this glitched state....

The core issue is that in light cleaner it performs some logic in parallel, and some code in bkcommonlib wasn't written with parallel (multithread) in mind. Give this a try...
