This is anyway an upstream issue, so I've opened the issue in zimit for now.

Zim created, but pwa.kiwix.org cannot open it: I see in the list, double click -> I see "Loading" for a few seconds and its all

Can you please share the ZIM or more details ? Without something to reproduce, we won't be able to solve the issue.
