I think there's something larger at play here, not sure why the entire form is re-rendering when updating secrets. Think that we might have to some digging in other components...
@stephenglass do you think you can have a dig around in the form and see why it's overrendering?

@joshjung have you seen the [discovery providers](https://backstage.io/docs/integrations/github/discovery) for the catalog? It will do something similar to what you're wanting to do with having a central repo that gets automatically ingested.

@dzemanov yep I think that @mclarke47 is right, we'd want to move the kubernetes plugin over to using i18n and then have these messages configurable by providing your own translations...
