@wenchajun as I can remember users can simply set `containerRuntime: containerd` and then the (contained) container logs will be parsed properly because there is a custom filter for contained https://github.com/fluent/fluent-operator/blob/master/charts/fluent-operator/values.yaml#L205...

@wenchajun would you help to check if any of the changes introduced in v1.5.1 is related to this? If the official fluentbit:v1.9.9 has the same problem or the fluentbit image...

I've revert #416 by https://github.com/fluent/fluent-operator/pull/439 which might cause this problem and @wenchajun will release v1.6.1 @ITler @perezjasonr
