Such virtual tours already exist in Galaxy. See https://usegalaxy.eu/tours They need to be updated but the structure exists. We even have a tutorial to explain how to create them: https://training.galaxyproject.org/training-material/topics/contributing/tutorials/create-new-tutorial-tours/tutorial.html...
Would you like to work on that tour @Codesuha ? Have a look at the existing ones ( https://usegalaxy.eu/tours) to see if you could already use some bits from there
