if u have nvidia gpu, try to change refresh-rate in nvidia-settings to another and back before starting csgo. Works for me

same here since a longer time period. Starting works better if i open NVIDIA-SETTINGS and reenable the refresh-rate (from 144hz to 60hz and back) Then starting csgo works every time....
