Launching trouble with arch linux

CS:GO is having troubles with launching. The screen turns black for a few seconds and then the game turns off. To play the game I have to keep trying to run the game and after a few times it works. Sometimes it's up to 10 tries.

same here since a longer time period.

Starting works better if i open NVIDIA-SETTINGS and reenable the refresh-rate (from 144hz to 60hz and back) Then starting csgo works every time.

maybe it is sth. driver related
