The `bitcoincore-rpc` dependency has problems in our specific use case

Taking this. Will replace bitcoincore-rpc with custom client using reqwest + corepc-types. Should solve the minreq conflict and add proper HTTPS support.

Return block hash on `block_deserialization` success

I've opened a PR to fix this: #222

Audit public API to take arguments by reference where possible before v1.0 release
