The erosion of the WM using ```itk::BinaryErodeImageFilter``` can fail. Changing to ```itk::GrayscaleErodeImageFilter``` appears to fix the problem.

Would be nice be able to `brew install` on mac.

Provide python bindings. Possible options: - swig - Boost.Python - pybind11

All methods currently apply PVC to a single volume. Should optionally correct 4-D volumes or perhaps a list of 3-D volumes.

For most applications, a 4-D mask image is mandatory. Would be best to automatically handle either 3-D or 4-D.
