You'd need to build a custom snmp.yaml using the generator with that mib file. (See docs at https://github.com/prometheus/snmp_exporter/tree/main/generator )

tested the change with my arista, does whats expected and does not break scraping of snmpv1/v2
I also think we should have it in the generator as it takes too much effort for contributors do deal with unclean mibs.
Have you tried upgrading pymongo? Worked for me `pip install pymongo --upgrade` did the trick after moving von 4.0 to 4.2 on mongodb side
@rfc1036 currently we are generating a huge pile of yaml within prometheus and the modbus config file. I will share some config examples in the next days
