使用者詞庫生出重複詞彙（「得」），造成該詞彙被迫成為永久預設選項

新酷音版本：0.3.4.8 系統：Windows XP 拼音「ㄉㄜ˙」時，預設選項永遠是「得」，無論怎麼糾正成「的」都無法讓它學習進而變更預設選項。檢閱使用者詞庫，發現「得」有3個（多於「的」的個數2）：  刪除所有「得」後，預設選項運作恢復正常（會學習之前的選擇而「的」「得」輪流出現）。但使用一陣子後，「得」又開始變為永久預設選項，使用者詞庫又會出現很多「得」。

（macOS 10.10.5） 我一向用macOS的 command + space 來切換中英，但10次切換裡，大約會有1次會切換不完全：系統輸入法本應從鼠鬚管變成英文，但它仍停留在鼠鬚管，可是輸入確實變成英文，只不過英文下方多顯示了一條底線。 如此一來，輸入完英文後，我若想用慣用的 command + space 切回中文，必須連按兩次這個組合鍵才行。 這個問題在任何程式裡都會出現。請問如何解決這個bug？

（macOS 10.15.7） 之前用Rime 0.14.0，使用系統組合鍵`Command` + `Space`從中文輸入法切換到英文輸入法時，不必先按`return`就可直出中文（即commit_text）。但升到0.15.2後，`Command` + `Space`會送出英文碼（commit_code），我必須先按`return`出中文，才能`Command` + `Space`切換成英文輸入法。 請問0.15.2如何恢復`Command` + `Space`直出中文的功能？ （目前是暫時裝回0.14.0來解決。）
