thanks in advance , it is a very useful setting because many new movies are in the 2.40:1 resolution (wide screen ) and i prefer to have all my movies...
you are wright about "I believe changing that setting will actually stretch / shrink pixels and distort the video.", but it is quite insensible and does not find another way...
