Chris we already got what we need from the au codebase - this is more about how juce proxies it Lars - I should fix the clap juce extensions! But...
Oh and yes it is easy to make this work only in logic Juce knows the host and we can use if Just need to check the host is set...
So my concern is that in VST3 land the bypass parameter is the bypass mechanism. Unlike logic which has bypass param and 'off' button not all VST3 hosts have that....
