I actually think its logic's problem not juce. What I was going to do is make mouse hide off by default in logic/gb/mainstage unless you have consciously overridden it.
Yeah I wil keep it open in the 1.4 milestone and auto-disable in logic in 1.4. We generally close issues when they are solve din the nightly.
