Point `Service` of type `ExternalName` to internal service if externalName is like `*.svc.cluster.local`

Hi, Is this being worked upon? I can take it up otherwise.

[BUG] In the divide plugin, when setting the upstream service to "open" and then closing and reopening it, it will display as a number.

@Aias00 , I've made the change and tested it. I'm not expert in frontend, so please let me know if the approach looks good. I can explore alternate implementation otherwise.
