Seems very relevant - same error. Looking deeper into the superbuild, specifically at OpenCV, it looks like it is picking up Eigen3_DIR from '/usr/share/eigen3'

Found another similar issue(a little old though) on Fedora that got resolved by updating the WindowMaker. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1182674

I faced this issue too and had to manually modify the cmake files to get it to work.
