BrainTumor specialized applications - providing information on missing files

Open chiharusako opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Formatting the input directory for the Brain Tumor specialized applications is very complicated, where files need to be placed in a specific location with a specific name included. When a file is missing or mis-named, CaPTK simply will not include those subjects saying Number of subjects with required input: 0

Describe the solution you'd like It would be very helpful if CaPTk gives information to the user which modality was missing, and how it has to be named.

@dboun Is this along the lines of what you were thinking for common structure for cohort ?

While the cohort file could help solve mitigate this, I think this issue is about the lack of feedback on why a subject was not included.
