I'm not sure if other apps could be stealing events such as those from a scroll wheel (as they can for keyboard events), but maybe?

Shouldn't GT be in a responsive state if proceeding, though? As it is, it doesn't respond to mouse or keyboard input.

If you go to the git tool when the GT window is the initial default size this doesn't seem to happen. If I resize it to maybe 1.5x that size...

So to reproduce, have a larger than default GT window open, and open the git tool with no repositories having been loaded loaded.

Are you maybe clicking in the left side view? A mouse click makes it go away, and also any minute adjustment of the window size.

@donifer did you have to do anything that wasn't documented to get this working? I'm also only using the ECR registry, but I can't seem to get minikube to work...
