Change contentHiddenWhenClosed to set the css visibility instead of the html hidden property

If there were an is-transitioning or in-transition html class then content could be hidden via css selectors alone without needing to be an option in react-collapsible. Something like ``` .Collapsible.is-closed:not(.is-transitioning)...

Site redirecting to /lang/en/ instead of /en/

https://yarn.pm/react redirects me to https://legacy.yarnpkg.com/en/lang/en/package/react which displays a 404. This is clearly specifying the language twice, removing "/lang/en" gets me to the right page at https://legacy.yarnpkg.com/en/package/react
