I do confirm, I have exactly the same issue.

I did rollback to 2.1.5.0 Here is the link to QVR Pro from QNAP https://download.qnap.com/QPKG/QVRProServer_2.1.5.0_20220111_x86_64.zip The best solution for this moment, direct stream is so slow.
