add route for a trade that any 2 people can join and get auto-paired :)

e.g. `vaportrade.net/trade/0x123123123123123123` it would open the trading window and wait for a peer to publish a hello with their address! probably blocked on #7 and #8

Broadcasting IPs to everyone is dangerous. Perhaps we need to move off webtorrent trackers, and to a more centralized but less dangerous service. Or, figure out a way to publish...

this will also fix #10
