add route for specific address
e.g. vaportrade.net/trade/0x123123123123123123
it would open the trading window and wait for a peer to publish a hello with their address!
probably blocked on #7 and #8
seeing as sudoswap just removed this functionality because it encourages users to click links to trades that might be on a scam URL, this should probably not get implemented, and rather you should be able to open a trade with an offline user without that changing the URL.
