Ya @palash25 , if we will open an alumni fund , college administration will definitely control it , since its a fund matter.
And then there will be a new club for alumi matters ,new secretary , blah blah.

Something like that can be done, and then it will completely be the donor's choice to donate for any particular society, may be Tech. , FATS , NAPS whatever.
