Once a paper has started `REVIEW`, if the editor is changed (or the reviewers for that matter), the dashboard doesn't reflect this change. See https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/1327 for example / cc @labarba
It would be helpful to be able to email editors from the dashboard to invite them to edit a paper rather than always have to ping them on GitHub.
We have these on the editor dashboard, it would be useful to have them somewhere on the public website too!
