I'm having the same issue. Taskbar style: Windows 10. When I change any of these dropdown values then there's no effect, e.g. Volume will not be hidden and Windows Explorer...

I'm using it on Windows 11 with "Taskbar style: Windows 10", so I can't use Windows 10 taskbar after I uninstall it to compare. Windows 11 taskbar works fine.

I was able to use Windhawk mods to make the Windows 11 taskbar everything I wanted it to be, so I don't need to change the taskbar to Windows 10...

Yes, that one + https://windhawk.net/mods/taskbar-grouping to ungroup windows because that's how I've always preferred it in Windows 10 (1 click instead of 2 clicks to open a window of many)....
