I think I have addressed all comments, as far as I can see the linting errors are coming from other files. Let me know what you think.
Probably a stupid question, but wouldn't it make more sense to have a whitelist for users you want to allow? I mean in general I can imagine forbidding everything below...

Hi @iaingeorgeson, would you mind re-configuring apache to send the header with dashes instead of underscores? Ie `OIDC-CLAIM-preferred-username`, because I think the newest Gunicorn might be dropping headers with underscores...
Or you can probably set `header-map` to https://docs.gunicorn.org/en/stable/settings.html#header-map to `dangerous` (be aware of the consequences though)
