The search `.sa` returns tasks matching the query, even where the matching task is in a dropped project. It should only return active tasks in active projects.

The workflow's fuzzy matching should match any combination of both (a) whole words and (b) partial words in the task name, regardless of (c) order of the terms or (d)...
