Add shortcut to modify tasks to enter dependencies

It would be nice to have a quick way to enter task dependencies.

I suggest a keybinding of

D: task {selected} modify depends:{string}

(Lowercase d is for done, but uppercase D appears to be available. Alternatively, p could work.)
