Automatically update and publish when p5 updates

Right now I need to run a script to update p5/p5.sound and contributor libraries. Perhaps this should happen automatically when new versions of p5 are released.

Add an option to use other sketch templates, such as: https://gist.github.com/sspboyd/4ba04a0a99f6a448f1104d1aceba70f1

same as #4 but for contributor libraries.

It would be nice to have a list of examples to open/clone like the p5 editor does

Should the live server automatically start when creating/opening a p5 project? Should this perhaps be a setting?

Would be nice to be able to uninstall libraries!
