[suggestion] add a note about sqlean.py in docs

Hi - thanks for this great project! I was having issues getting it working in Python on my Mac, but succeeded by pip installing sqlean.py and using that rather than the builtin sqlite module for Python. You might include this in the documentation in case others run into the same issue.
