Noting I'd encourage us to start with _our implementation_ and work in a larger look at validation later, just in terms of our current competing priorities.

Noticed this after the fact: can we correct the capitalization in the side-nav item? Should be "Recruitment for feds" rather than "Recruitment for Feds" @mejiaj

Do we expect this to be done by Friday? We'd like to be able to publish by monthly call on the 16th.
