This happened to me too, but after only 7 documents, and only in Firefox. In Opera I could keep going... 
another example on 182v, where the neumes (and text boxes?) match those of 181v (which is left blank.) The given text is on the folio, but matched to the page...
This deleting of elements does not seem to affect files uploaded within the browser (1c34e14), just those in Rodan. (The "sample manuscript" in browser *is* missing the final custodes on...
just noting that I think this bug is still happening, three years and counting later...
As it stands, the "neume groupings" are never close enough to reality to be a useful feature. Probably could use modification, or be at a further remove from the user.
